State Bank Of India [SBI] — My settlement is canceled

Respected sir/mam,
Myself ‘mirza asalam beg s/o mirza mahboob beg’. I live in kandivali (West)-mumbai-400 067.
I have taken a tata credit card (Card no. [protected]).
In the month of oct-16 my total outstanding was rs. 67, 022.71 (Sixty seven thousand twenty two rupees seventy one paise only). That time i received a call from “collection team of tata card” then i was asked for full and final settlement of my credit card no. [protected] so telephone operator said sir if you go for full and final settlement then you pay only rs. 48, 000/- (Fourty eight thousand only) in place of 67, 022.71 (Sixty seven thousand twenty two rupees seventy one paise only).in 5 installments (5-month). So i was agree for processed my request of full and final settlement. And i received a settlement letter on 10th nov-2016 with 5-installment. But condition was in the letter that in advance 5-cheque will give to “tata card executed” when i will receive settlement letter but unfortunately executive not have 5-receipt. He has only one receipt. So i will give to him only one cheque of rs. 9, 600/- (Nine thousand six hundred only - bank – oriental bank of commerce.) and he said to me that sir your 5- installment will go within 5-month (150-days) otherwise settlement will be cancel and date will be count from settlement date as on mention on settlement letter 10th-nov-2016. He said all four cheque will be date on 5th of every month so i replied to him i cannot give to you cheque on date of 5th-every month, i can give to you cheque last weekend of every month. So he said you can give but every month cheque will is cleared within month end otherwise settlement will be brocken. And he said to me that sir i will come tomorrow and collect all 4-cheques and will give to you all 4-receipt. But he didn’t come.
1#- in the month of december i was call on toll free no.[protected] regarding check collection. Collection team executive call to me for check collection but that time i was out side so i said to him come tomorrow and collect all 4-cheque. But again he will not come then i again call to toll free no.[protected] and said for collection then tata card telephone operator said to me that sir you can do neft also then i was done neft as on date 26th dec-2016.
2#- i was call on toll free[protected] after done neft of emi every month for confirmation that my settlement was on properly process so each and every month tata card telephone operator said to me that sir your settlement is on process properly you continue to do payment till settlement amount not completed.
3#- sir when i was done last emi of rs. 9, 600/- (Nine thousand six hundred only) on date 31st march-17 in the morning and i was received a message by sms (Sender - tata card) in afternoon and then i was call on toll free[protected] for confirmation that my payment was received. So operator said to me that sir your payment has been done. Continued page2..
And also asked for my settlement has been completed successfully or not. So operator reply to me that your settlement has been completed successfully. And tata card telephone operator replied to me you will received “no dues letter” within 10 to 15 days. But after 15 day i was received a bill amount of rs. 23, 591.22 (Twenty three thousand five hundred ninety one rupees twenty two paise only.). Then i again call on toll free. And asked for outstanding amount then telephone operator said to me don’t worry sir your account will be nill within 45 days. Please ignore that bill. Then i said please transfer call to the senior then i discussed with senior, senior also said don’t worry your account will be nill as soon as possible and he also said to me that i will take complain against that your card will be nill as soon as possible …..
4#- i have call on toll free no. Many more times (Near about 15 times), but every time telephone operator said i am taking complain and will be resolved within 2-3 working days. But every time tata card send to me sms “dear tata card holder, we have evaluated your complaint related to helpline servicing against sr#[protected] and regret to inform that same could not be resolved in your favour - tata card”. And i have mail to [protected]@tatacard.com / [protected]@sbicard.com

We would like to inform you that your card account was settled for rs.48000 payable in 5 shots on[protected] which was valid till[protected]. As we have received the payment after the valid period the outstanding cannot be zeroised as settlement got null and void

Dear sir/mam,

Please check my settlement letter which i have attached.
And please let me clear where is mention in my settlement letter that my settlement date is 27th oct-16. And settled for rs.48000 payable in 5 shots on[protected] which was valid till[protected].

And if my settlement was started from 27th oct-16 then why you have mention in my settlement letter. Why you have not mention 27th oct-16. If my settlement was approved on 27th oct-16 then why you have keeped my settlement letter in your hand near about 14 days from 27th-oct-16 to 10th nov-16. Because i was received my settlement letter as on 10th-nov-16 continued page3..

And sir how is it possible that settlement date will not mention on settlement letter. So how customer know settlement date of settlement letter.

Please i want to know answer one question only, sir how we can know my settlement date is 27th oct-16 while you have not mention in my settlement letter as well as not sensed any mail sir i am not a god that i will see from my spiritual eyes in your system that my settlement date is 27th oct-16.

So please please please please... Clear my outstanding amount and send me noc letter...

And sir one question more
Why you are not calling to me and why you have not given your settlement department no. So i can directly discuss with then and clear fast.. I have mention all time my both mobile no. But your settlement team not call to why???

8#- while in my settlement letter has mention that on line 2 & 3…

“please be advised that the settlement amount is rs. 48, 000/- (Fourty-eight thousand rupees only), payable in 5-instalment (S), as against the total outstanding of rs. 67, 022.71/- (Sixty seven thousand twenty two rupees and seventy one paisa) as on 10/11/2016.”

9#- so according to the above statement, my settlement date is 10/11/2016 not 27/10/2016 so my last date was 09/04/2017 and i have paid my last emi on date 31/03/2017 so all my payment will be gone within 142 days from (10/11/2016 to 31/03/2016).

10#- “so according to above all matter my account will be nill and tata card will provide to me no dues later against total outstanding.”

This is My Settlement Letter And Anywhere is Not Mention 27th October-16 But SBI Credit Card is Counting My Settlement Date is 27thOct-16 So My Payment is Showing Late 4 Days in SBI System But in My Settlemt Letter has mention date is 10th Nov-16 So I have Paid All Amount Within The Validity...
