Amazon had initiated a refund on 30th March, and provided me a reference number 240337 but the money is not debited in my account. I am unable to reach your customer service through phone also.

I went so many time for updat my pass book, but not recd proper response.
and still uncomplete.Last time I went on date-13/04/2017 then nobody staff
available for this work. I have try to present my complain on tollfree number
but disconnect the phone on talking, so not completely explain my problem.
so pl.solve the problem.
