I am requesting since 2 yrs for change of my plan from Corporate postpaid to individual prepaid plan. I visited your customer care service centers at Akola, sion Mumbai, Thane west and Aurangabad also . But I got very disappointing experiences at all these centres .There is no coordination at all between service center and Vodafone headoffice. Despite submission of required documents ; at every center they advised that nothing can be done and they are helpless. Even after using this no since 2009, I am getting very bad service .Pls guide me what do for grievances redressal
