State Bank Of India [SBI] — No allotment of shares but still lien marked

I, have savings bank account [protected] in your branch. I had applied to SME IPO Global Education on 21st February from Jamnagar. The allotment was done on 1st March, 2017 and Lien amount was release by SBI on same date. I had not been allotted shares but still lien has been marked for Rs.1, 50, 000 in my account no. [protected]. I have also lodge complaint online with ticket no. [protected] on 8th March, 17, but there is no answer / resolve of my complaint. Please take necessary steps and do needful. I also mailed on 16th March to SBI Nilambaug Branch but no answer.
