State Bank Of India [SBI] — No passbook printing, & no cash availability in sbbj converted SBI chopasni housing board Jodhpur

I am a senior citizen 68years old
I visited branch 2 time saturday & today 5/6/17monday
1). There is no cash in branch
2). There is no passbook printing
3). Last week my mature stdr renewal took 3 hrs & misbehave of staff, which occurred when i submitted it to a lady clerk (Mrs singhvi - exactly name i forgot)
But she was with very rude behaviour
