State Bank Of India [SBI] — no proper response from company

There was amount being debited from my account in the past weekz however i haven't made any transactions from a long time and i called the helpine number to ask about it and they tell you have to register to phone banking and when done they tell that my password would be sent to my registered phone number to which the password is never sent to me and when i call the helpline number again they tell me to try registering it again and when i do it for the second time, the voice message tells me that my account is already been registered for the phone banking however i'm still unable to know my password and when i finally speak to your employee he tells to use an alternative way which is tpin and when doing that says your account is already registered and password will be sent to you. So basically i have to wait for ages now to know about my amount being debited inspite of no transactions being done by me right? Because when i call the helpline numbers and speak to employees they don't tell me anything unless i give them my password, please tell me how would i give you the password when i haven't received one yet after numerous tries!
