State Bank Of India [SBI] — no proper response from officers

Hi,
I did incorrect transaction of 2000 rs to icici bank using by debit card. When checked with icici manager about this i was said the account number to which i did transaction is invalid soo the amount is with sbi infrastructure. However my amount is debited from my account. When informed about the same to the sbi officers they are not taking any action. You can reach me at[protected]
