Hi,
I have sent written letter to the Lalaguda branch multiple times and also tried calling on the branch phone number regarding my request for
account transfer from Lalaguda, Hyderabad branch to Borivli, Mumbai branch. I also emailed them multiple times on sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in. I tried lodging a complaint on their website but the complaint doesn't get submitted and there is always an error message. I have not received any response yet. The bank has not responded even once in 4 months. Was this information helpful? |
