State Bank Of India [SBI] — noc not received on complete payment of my credit card

Address: Vadodara, Gujarat, 390072

Dear sir,

I have paid complete settlement amount before time in may 2017, but till date i did not received my noc even after more than 60 days.
I contacted your customer care, and all possible channel but did not got any valuable help. I have an emergency and not getting what i want on complete payment also on time.

So please help me as soon as possible considering my urgency please.
