State Bank Of India [SBI] — Non dispensing of cash from ATM

I tried withdrawing Rs 20000.00 from Raipur ATM.
Cash counting noise was herd but no cash dispensed.
Amount was debited with SMS Alert.
Amount was not credited hence complaint was registered with customer complaint Complaint no.AT[protected].
After repeated enquiry it was told that complaint resolved details sent to your branch. No DEtails in branch.
Request to resolve the complaint.
