This is in regard to my pension account number [protected] against ppo no_[protected].

1. The said account had been requested & accordingly transferred to sbi/patrakarpuram, 2/301, vikas khand, ifscode: sbin0016728 lucknow from sbi0150, kolkata for i being finally settled: at h8, hestia apartment, gomti nagar extension, lucknow_226010, up.

2. It is seen that vide no-42/par_ais (Pen)/ifs/05/2015, dated, kolkata the 18th october 2017, my pension is fixed at 105800/- w. E. F. 01/01/2016

3.. I was supposed to get arrear & revised pension w. E. F. 01/01/2016 but nothing is done till date.
