I recently tried to pay rs.650/-to tatasky merchant thru my inb facility of sbi by using bharatqr code. Transaction was sucecessfully completed and voucher was generated no uv[protected] on 6 th sep 2017. However merchant did not receive the money. I contacted tatasky they did not help in the matter except directing me contact the bank. I called sbi call centre and i could not contact any person under the maze of option on ivr. Now i am sending the mail to get back my money and to know why the money was not directed to the merchant. Pl help me in getting the issue resolved
