State Bank Of India [SBI] — Non receipt of free gift of rs.500.00 against my card no.[protected] | |||
Dear sir, I am maintaining a sbi credit card bearing no.[protected]. The free coupon of rs.500/- which was due with the card not received by me & after repeated request one 'welcome gift voucher no.[protected] with validity date upto 03.05.2017"was issued to me during feb'2017. The same v/no. Shows invalid. After my email dated 29.03.2017 again i have received the same voucher no.[protected] with validity date upto 03.05.2017. Yesterday i was in que for an hour and after that the big bazer people told me to come today. Accordingly i have gone there and after waiting in que for one and half hour they tried several times with the allotted v/no. But every time it shows"invalid no". I have lodge a complain with your customer care personnel. But nothing received from your end. Due to this i have been harassed continuously after opting your credit card and no effort is being taken by you to resolve the issue.
