State Bank Of India [SBI] — Non receipt of OTP for online transactions

My sbi a/c number is[protected], sbi Bettiah . Presently I am in Gurugaon (Haeyana) sector 56. On online transactions I am not getting OTP on ny mobile. The message appears that OTP has been sent. I have not got any information about payment of my pension for April 17. I am getting mails from other sources on my mobile but not from SBI. I am unable to find reason for that and feeling hardships. Requet you to let me known the cause and set right my problem at the earliest and for this I shall bectankful. Apr 29, 2017 Updated by manjulaprasad I am net banking user of sbl since many years Since yesterday I am not getting OTP on paytm transactions. Why? THEN MAKE T LENGTHY FROM YIUR SIDE. BUT I WANT RESUT. I AM NOT TO WRITE THESIS ON THUS SUBJECT. THIS APPEARS TO BEXA HOPELESS SITE.
