State Bank Of India [SBI] — non remittance of tax refund

Dear sir,
I am pan card holder no. Aampg5767c in the name of narinder bir singh gujral. My it return for the year 2017-18 has been processed and i have been informed that the refund has been instructed to the income tax refund branch to remit the same to me. But on enquiry on telephone i have been told that no such instruction has been received. Could you please look in the matter and arrange to get my tax refund remitted to me.
