Subject: Non-Reply of my physical applications dated - 9.4.2017 and 9.3.2017
Ref: Letters / applications Dated - 9.4.2017 & 9.3.2017

I have asked to provide details of NRI Accounts of Magandlal Ranchhod Chhaya (Deceased on 18.12.2008) and Sharda Maganlal Chhaya (Deceased on 28.03.2009) on 8.3.2017 and followup letter on the same was also provided on 9.4.2017 but no reply has been provided from your end as they are legal Fath & mother respectively. All required documents are attached in the physical application. Request you to provide the details ASAP.

On 4, may 2017 at 03:56, i did the payment in passport service but the payment is not done and the amount of Rs.1512 is deducted from my account.There was no related information is provided such as transaction id, instead the payment is failed. The payment mode which i was used is "Debit card of ALLAHABAD BANK".
