Hello,
I am working and living in pune since a decade now.
And my hometown is at godhra, panchmahal - 389001.
I opened sbi account in godhra, at bhuravav branch, so as to help receive my family money for daily needs. (My family has been shifted to pune since 3-4 years now.)
Once i went to godhra and made following requests through a properly signed letter to them, with required proofs on 25th jan'2018.
Request 1 : name correction based on aadhar
Request 2 : update my address to pune address
Request 3 : update phone number
I submitted following documents :
- request letter for my requests with account number, name details etc.
- pan card and aadhar card duly signed, mentioning account number at back.
After few days, i received a message that some details are not updated.
So, i logged into onlinesbi.co.in and raised a complaint.
I received a complaint number : [protected], with branch help line phone number : [protected]
I then called given phone number, but guy asked me to mail the issue to:
Sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in
I did mail to sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in on 22-feb'2018, for my above requests.
They asked me to send pan and aadhar scan copy.
I sent them the scanned copies again, although i handed over to them when i made physical request on my visit to bank.

After follow ups on mail, calls for more then 20+ times, my requests are not taken care.
Recently i received message for making a payment for pradhan mantri bima yojna by visiting the bank. So, i called bank and they again asked me to send the request by mail. They never confirmed my mail neither they acted on the request.
I need help to resolve my issues.
