State Bank Of India [SBI] — Not doing KYC of my FASTAG, 2 months now

Hi, My name is Udaydeep and i hold a car with number UP32JT5868, and fastag registered mobile number [protected].
On 15 December 2020 i sent KYC documents via courier service
Then on 7th January 2021 i received sms that "your documents received and processing KYC"
after that almost 2 month gone i have no update about the progress and no one reply on email and there is no info available about this on customer care number.
I know SBI people are very royal and want to work for only a limited time in a day, but i beg please activate my fastag so i can recharge and use it, because i am pretty sure bank will not compensate the extra amount i am paying at toll plazas.
