Hello sir,
Myself ritu here. My account no is [protected]. I fillup the form for netbanking and atm card. They said that both are sent by bank to my permanent address. I got my atm card but didn't get my netbanking kit. Kindly send it it my permanent address. My address is (Vill:lodakherawa, po:sarosa, distrct:sitapur, pin code 261403, state:uttar pradesh). My home branch is state bank of india branch sidhauli. Branch code:709. Please sent my netbanking kit to above given address

Sir I booked flight tickets on 27 Jul 17 which cost me Rs 11099.00... but the transaction was declined by the SpiceJet but I have not received the amount back into my account till date .. I am attaching the transaction snapshot ... and pls revert back the amount asap
