State Bank Of India [SBI] — Not open the account

Sir.
Today i went to state bank of patiyala mile gate hisar branch now is state bank of india. I want open saving account of my daughter bank employees said that we are not able open the account. This answer is shocking for me. But. My child school want the account for next two days. So i request you pls open my daughter account in bank
One mail also send pmo office.
