Sbi nehru nagar kurla east branch. My name is dharampal pasi i came from badlapur to kurla east branch travelling 1.30 hour's requested for new pass book and which i got. But when i went to print the passbook in machine it was doing printing my transaction then i went to branch to print but guy sitting went out for some personal work in office hour's then i asked other to lady to print but she said machin is not working there is network problem then i went to lady manager she said go to that lady and tell her i said to print even she came to see employee why they are not printing. But the old lady sitting in branch didn't print my passbook saying printer error. My question is if printer is not working how they print my first page of the passbook. And i waisted 2 hours in branch just for a passbook print this show how the inefficient sbi bank employees work and they don't care customers. I am writing the same letter to narendra modi.
