Sir, I transferred my Account ([protected])from SBI branch ONGC Ankleshwar (Gujarat) to SBI branch NDA, PUNE ( Maharashtra), in the month of July 2016, at that time I submitted all the relevant documents in SBI NDA Pune branch, and after that I started my transaction, but on 11th may 2017 when I go to the branch to renew my ATM Debit card, Mrs.Noopur, who was looking the matter she verified my A/C, and said that, "CIF No" was not transferred from the previous branch i.e.SBI ONGC Ankleshwer, then she saw the CIF no. and said that, "your account was showing at SBI ONGC Makarpura, VADODARA, branch" not in the ONGC Ankleshwar branch" Then she gave me one form to transfer the CIF no. I fill up and handed over the form to her. she replied that same will be scanned and e mail to Vadodara branch they will transfer your CIF No. Then, Today on 19th may 2017 when I was go to NDA Pune branch, I came to know that neither my form sent to Vadodara nor any action was taken. That form was sent by e mail today only. So I want to know that, What was the purpose to harass me ? I was the customer of SBI since 1984 We are believe only on SBI.So why this treatment was given to me? This is only the carelessness of SBI Employee. Sir my all the transaction was blocked due to not availability of My ATM Debit card.you are requested to pl. see the matter seriously and solve my problem as early as possible.
