I ordered 2 products on amazon in parcel I got one and amazon refunded my money but the money didn't reflect in my account. I called amazon and they asked me to register a complaint in my bank, they also gave me the reference number to check from customer care but SBI is not responding. I went to my home branch called customer care for filing a complaint Your refund for the order[protected] of Rs.497 has been processed successfully on 13-Apr-18. The amount should reflect in your account by 19-Apr-18.
The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected].
In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above Refund Reference Number. Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.
But my bank is neither letting me registering a complaint nor they are telling why amount hasn't been reflected in my bank account. I am calling amazon and they are asking a complaint number from bank. Was this information helpful? |
