State Bank Of India [SBI] — Not resetting my profile password

Website: I am complaining about my SBI branch.

I am using internet banking since two years almost and now i have forgotten my profile password, i went to my branch-PBB REWA, code 12296 but they always say that our authorizer is on a leave or is not here at the time, infact they even said to me that we cant do anything and we dont bother how big is your problem.I hope my problem will be consider with great concern.
