State Bank Of India [SBI] — Not taking any interest in delivering my atm

I had got an ATM Card issued from SBI and it was booked at Indiapost on 3rd and the consignment number was EX[protected]IN but its still at the same place. Whenever I track the order then it shows that its booked at BNPL SP Hub MANIPAL... Please help me get it soon. My contact number is [protected].
