State Bank Of India [SBI] — Not transferring of saving bank /fd accounts

Sir, i am a retired govt. Servant & residing at meerut (Up). I have a sb a/c no. [protected] at sbi, rampur garden, bareilly & i want its transfer along with fdrs to kutchery branch, meerut, uttar pradesh (2401) but after regular emails application sbi branch manager of rampur garden, bareilly not transferring my a/c to meerut & bm also not attending phones etc,

My sirf cash transaction 2 bar Kiya hu aur e shopping transaction 5 times in this month then why deduct my money by DR pls clear my problem s.
