State Bank Of India [SBI] — Not understand - what big no. Of deduction... For which transaction deduction is made

My Ticket Complaint No. is [protected]. No proper reply is given. On 11th April, 2017 SBI, Kaladarshan Branch, Code No.13481 Vadodara has deducted Rs.1149/-. Deduction No. is such a large that I don't know...for which reason deduction is made. Please give me refund OR give details of opposite party to whom you have give credit.
