State Bank Of India [SBI] — not with money to atm

My account has been marked as inoperative by sholinganallur, sbi branch, (Ifsc code‎: ‎SBIN0032108) however last transaction was done on 27.04.2018Normally for marking as dormant or inoperative requires 2 years of inactivity.

Txn no - 8382

I am not living in delhi now, so can not visit the branch personally. Please help me out in this regard.
