Otp is not coming in my registered mobile number for the last one month, even the otp is not being received in my registered e-mil id also.
Have written numerous letter to the state bank manager of indirapuram, gaur gravity branch, sbi code - 70785 and there is no revert and nothing to solve the issue. The branch manager mr. Alok ranjan roy and the staff are not bothered of the complaint and are not at all pro-customer. Very bad and poor service from the branch very unlike the service we get from sbi credit card customer care, shame on sbi bank

Yesterday received two test sms from sbi.
This week would try and do some transaction and check if the same issue has been resolved or not,
