State Bank Of India [SBI] — passbook printing machine not working since many days

I want to print my passbook. I am reaching sbi jaunpur branch everyday since 7 days. Passbook printing machine is not working.in branch, they are not printing my passbook. They are only saying that, "when the machine works, then only you can print your passbook". I want to print my passbook on urgent basis, i need the updated passbook for the passport verification as a address proof.

Hi,
SBI Bank credit card,

I had lost my credit card. 5 month back.
I have already blocked it. Now i have got credit card bill after 5-6 month that 600 rs need to pay for annual card charges.
