State Bank Of India [SBI] — Passport payment failure but money deducted from account

Hello sir/ma'am,

I have made the payment through oriental bank of commerce's debit card and money was "deducted from my account" but payment status of my passport application shows "failed". Its being 2 months now & still my money is not refunded.

Then on 3rd march i have applied for passport again from different bank account then it was successful and i have got the appointment.

I have filled charge back form, from oriental bank of commerce and from your side they got the reply that the payment is credited to your account.
