Hi team,
This is in regards to the refund amount for application of the fresh passport. The amount was deducted form my debit account but the status on the website showed as failed for both transactions. When i spoke to the customer care they informed me that the refund is already initiated form their end and to get in touch with the nearest sbi branch. I tried but no response.
Kindly note the details below:
Given name: anusha somaya mogera
Date of transaction: 23/03/2017
Arn:17-[protected]
Amount deducted for transaction at 00:30 is 1, 512 inr
And amount deducted for transaction at 17:19 is 1, 512 inr.
Awaiting for total of 3, 024 inr to be refunded. It has been several days and i have still not received the refund amount. Kindly look into this at the earliest as i have tried every other possible way. Was this information helpful? |
