State Bank Of India [SBI] — Payment deducted but not credited to the credit card

Hi, I have done transaction on 14 Apr 2021 using CRED mobile application to pay my credit card bill. Amount of the transaction was Rs. 26, 700.

Payment was deducted from my Bank account but not credited at the other end.

It is 4th day and I have not even received any information about money refund.

Apart from this, please note that I made transaction on Apr 14 but in my Bank account statement it is showing date Apr 15, which is also indicating that there are many issues at the bank end.

Kindly resolve and credit money back into my account.
