State Bank Of India [SBI] — Payment has been deducted from account but air ticket booking failed

Dear Sir,
At 13/04/2017, I was trying to book a flight ticket on Air India website from Kolkata To Chennai of dated 15/04/2017. When I made payment for the ticket money has been deducted from my account but ticket booking failed.
Till now I did not get back my money to the account. I already forward one mail at 13/04/2017 to the Air India Ecommerce help desk but till now no result.
