State Bank Of India [SBI] — payment not received 25/05/2017

I m nutan uniyal my sbi account no.- [protected] sbi virbhadra rishikesh branch code sbin0001827

I transcat money from dena bank atm on 12.05-2017 t. No[protected] and[protected] that are declined but money deducted from my account.
I complained in sbi customer care and refund of only one transaction is credited on my a/c on[protected]

I further comlained in banks and customer complaint no. But no money is credited in my account.
My complaint no. Are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],
Please put some concern on this issue.
