Dear sir,
I had tried to withdrawal Rs.10000.00 on 27.02.2017 from the ATM of ICICI Bank at Gezha Village(70582)Sec-93, Noida. During My withdrawal ATM machine was hanged & my withdrawal amount didn't received to me as cash.
I waited for approx. 15minuts within ATM premises to receive the amount withdrawaled but unfortunately this Didn't happen.

I tried to make payments by my atm card of rs 50000/- but the transaction failed &my s.B.A/c debited on sept 07, 2018.Amount of rs 50000/- still not credited to my a/c even after lapse of 33 days matter is disgusting & shameful.Complaints giving false information regarding solution .Complaints no. Are
