I woke up to find out that Rs. 12 has been deducted from my SBI savings bank account even though i haven't done it. Why has this happened please explain it to me. And if it is an error, please refund it. My minimum balance is intact upwards more than 10, 000 rupees.

I requested to State bank of India New Aatish Market Branch Jaipur (Rajasthan) for opening zero balance saving account but bank refused to me for opening zero balance saving account. Please do needful urgently.
