I have paid my University tuition fee of 30, 397.70 with the reference DU92493162/DU92495832 in SBI online collect through ICICI Netbanking. It supposed to give me the receipt for the paid fee but it ha snot generated. When I have checked it again, the payment history shows the payment status as NA rather than Failed or success but my amount got debited. I have the Merchant reference as well. Could you please check and resolve the issue at the earliest. Please note that I have tried calling SBI customer care and reached directly in the bank but they state I have to check with ICICI rather SBI. My concern is that the payment shows in SBI rather in ICICI. Could you please check and resolve the issue at the earliest.

I got a message directly without asking any further details stating that the transaction is successful and fee has paid.

State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Siva Tadi SBI has sent a message that the Fee has paid and transaction is successful yesterday itself.
