State Bank Of India [SBI] — pension not started.

I was sanctioned pension from kendriya vidyalaya sangathan, regional office, ranchi, jharkhand 834010 vide their letter no. F.[protected]Apg)/prt/2017-kvs (Rr)/a/cs/406-08 dt.05.05.2017 and letter was forwarded to your office. Since june 2017 my pension is due. I have inquired about my pension from sbi, dipatoli branch several time but they have informed me that they have not received my pension order from your office. Please look into the matter. Smt.
