I have a joint a/c with my wife at your branch code 7703, on opening a ppf a/c in my wife's name in the same branch, they have taken my cif no. For her a/c and as such on depositing money at her ppf a/c the system shows the credit to my cif which makes a blunder to my it returns, althouth i have approached the branch several times and also submitted application in this regard but it was in vain so i would like to request you to resolve this issue at an earliest, regards m.
