State Bank Of India [SBI] — personal loan against pension

In edappally branch my mother not giving loan against pension.
My mother has getting family pension (Indian coffee board under ministry of
Commerce and industry) mother is receiving the pension from 1995.
Already two times mother small amount a loan against pension. But now
They said they have not getting pension details. I am very poor pls help me.
