Sir, I Have recd PERSONAL LOAN a sum of rupees 4, 50, 000/- (Rupees four lakh fifty thousand only from my DSP acct through my home branch SBI Zakhama (Nagaland) on 08 Dec 2015 alongwith interest rate 12.300%. However, I have spoken to your SBI castomer care by mobile on 12 May 2016 regarding running interest rate my personal loan acct. Reply recd my interest rate through castomer care my personal loan interest rate now is 14% why? I am not understood. And I have also SMS recd on 01 Apr 2017 on my mobile regarding my personal loan interest rate changed 12.100% from 01 Apr 2017. 2.
