Dear sir
I am your SBI CUSTOMER from so long time. I have 2 account with your Bank. One is mine and other for my mother's. My account number is [protected] and my mother's account number is [protected]. My name is Kumar Gaurav and my mother's name is bina bharti.and our home branch is at nangli sakrawati delhi, branch code is 4848. Today (23 may 2017). i visited my branch at 11.00AM for issue of duplicate ATM card. At service manager counter a fat lady was operating there she was so rude. I simply said that mam i want to apply for Duplicate ATM card for me and my mother. so we submitted customer request form, adhar card and rent agreement copy for my both account. But they talked me so rudly that you can't apply for atm card with rent agreement. RBI is not allowing me for do that. So change your adhar card address and i need pan card urgently for issue of ATM.i want to inform that i am working in public sector and mother is housewife she has no any other sources of income then why my mother should apply for pan card. If I will not issue a pan card then you will not issue debit card. My mother is 57 years old with sick person how she will go branch for withdrawal money. I requested to that lady please issue our ATM card we will collect from branch. She was saying that no no its not allowed. And at last i simply want to ask her name that please describe me your name but she said me in so rudly manner I can't not disclose my name talk to my manager. But when i went to branch manager room no anyone present there. When i told that matter she was saying that manager is on Leave so you can come as another day for knowing my name. But she was wearing his id card but unfortunately id card was in reverse position. So in last i want to say that i am graduated person and working man. She was treating me in such a manner than how she can treat to illiterate person? You know that in sbi most people open their account who are mostly uneducated. They thought that this is govt account my money will be safe. But so dirty service provided my your side. So i request you to please dismiss that type of lady. I vist your branch in 1 or 2 year one time for that reason because i have another bank account with private bank their service is so good. This is very old account of mine and my mother. If your service will be continuously like that we will close that account.
