State Bank Of India [SBI] — Pos transaction failed but card holder's a/c debited

On 14th of January Rs 30000/- was deducted from my account at Reliance Digital but no transaction slip was generated from the EDC machine and it prompted as transaction fail. I was assured by the retailer that the amount wiill be credited within one week . After a week when the amount was not credited to my account I had to call Reliance Digital store where the transaction took place and they sent me a screen shot on mail about the transaction not being credited to their account.
