I had deposited Rs. 1000/- dated 03/12/2015 in Sangli Ganapati Peth Br. The Br staff debited Rs 50/- as intercity charges. Also I had deposited Rs. 6000/- in previous month that time the amt debited Rs. 25/-. This is ridiculous service given by State bank of india. Show me the guidelines regarding intercity charges.

Updated by vishal830 I had registered the complaint on sbi website, but don't any replied me & the status of the complaint shown resolved.
