State Bank Of India (SBI) — Refund initiated Amazon but not receive

I ordered the product(Noise Flair in-Ear wireless Bluetooth) from Amazon seller service private Limited on 27.05.2021, delivered on 29.05.2021, pick up scheduled on 03.06.2021 and picked up on 04.06.2021.
The product order id is[protected] and price of the product is Rs. 1799.00.
The refund initiated successfully on 04.06.2021 by Amazon.
The Refund REFERENCE NUMBER for the TRANSACTION is[protected].
I do complaint bank customer service and Branch Manager but still State Bank of India(SBI) is not reflect in my bank account and delay in providing refund Rs. 1799.00.
Please track and initiate the transaction.

There have no receive any reply from the company representatives(SBI).
Still now State Bank of India is not reflect the refund Rs. 1799.00 in my bank account.
Please tracking my complaint.
