State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated by amazon but did not get credited

I have ordered a product from amazon on 12th April, 2021. As it was delayed, i cancelled the product. Refund was initiated by them and was expected to be credited on 15 th May, 2021. The amount is not being credited yet. The reference number for the product is 137522. Kindly resolve my problem.
