[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated by Amazon but not credited in my sbi account

I bought iPhone 12 mini on Amazon worth ₹58999 on 22/05/2021 and canceled the order on same day where amount was debited from my account and due to cancellation Amazon initiated a refund of ₹58999 on same day of 22/05/2021 with refund reference number:124718 and it was supposed to be credited on my bank account until 2-4 business days but still it hasn’t been credited. Amazon has sent me an email to contact bank customer care but sbi customer care is not helping and they told me to contact sbi branch, so I did and branch manager told me he can’t do anything about it! So now I have to formally lodge a complaint against sbi so they credit the money of ₹58999 in my account which according to Amazon they have successfully processed on[protected].
