State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated by Amazon but not received

I have ordered a product in amazon on 16 december 2020 and the order ID number of the product is[protected] and the price of the product is 1097 rupees. The Amazon has sent a email about the refund which is initiated on 19 December 2020 with the refund reference number #779792 . But the amount has not been deposited to my SBI account.
