State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated by Amazon but not reflected in my bank

My name is praveen kumar, I purchased a product of rupees 2849/-from Amazon and returned it back, they have initiated the refund on 12/06/2021with the refund reference transaction ID[protected], but still I didn't receive my bank, , I contacted the sbi customer care but they did resolve my problem, I was fed up with all this guys sir/madam.when I call amazon customer care they were saying that we already initiated the refund you go and contact your bank, when I contact the bank they were saying to contact the Amazon, they were playing with me, so plssssss help me out of this problem sir/madam
